I. Ordering
Choose an item from our selection in the category contents page. On the product details page click on the "To shopping basket" button. Your chosen item will be listed in the shopping basket area. By using the "Back" button you can return to the category contents page and put more articles into your shopping basket in the same way.

You are not committed to buying the items which will remain in the shopping basket until you have confirmed the order. At all times you will be able to see what is in the shopping basket. You can change your order or the number of items at any time. When you click on the "update" button the new price of your total order will be shown.

When you have made a final decision and want to order the contents of your shopping basket, click on the "order" button. (The various functions in the shopping basket are described if you click on the little "Info" button at the top right of the shopping basket window).

If you are an existing customer you can enter your customer ID and password in the next window. If you are a new customer you will have to complete the registration form once.

You may change the address for billing or delivery at any time during the ordering process. You may also choose the method of payment.

II. Methods of Payment
You may choose between the following methods of payment:
- Cash on delivery
- Credit card

III. Delivery
Delivery of the goods within Germany is by mail or courier. Delivery time within Germany is 4 days. Additional information about despatch and delivery can be seen in the general conditions of business.

IV. Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value at Brenner's Shop.

V. Security
Your security is important to us, so we use Secure Socket Layers Version 3 (SSL), a sophisticated internet security system, to protect and secure your data. Our server supports SSL-Version 3 encoding: Export-RC4 (40bit, maximum 56bit). If you work with a security enabled browser, all your order details such as your name, your address and your credit card number are stored encoded on a specially protected server so nobody can access your data. This ensures that all details of your credit card and billing are secure.
