The menu of the Brenners Park-Restaurant is a modern interpretation of gourmet classics, with memories of the Austrian dishes Head Chef Paul Stradner discovered in his mother’s kitchen. The young chef explores concepts from all around the world and brilliantly executes many innovative culinary techniques. He is also at the vanguard of vegetarian cuisine presenting a five course menu for gourmands.
In 2015 the Guide Michelin awarded the Brenners Park-Restaurant with the second star, making Paul Stradner one of the youngest two-starred chefs in Germany. As “newcomer of the year 2016” he was named by the Gault Millau, whose authors speaks in high terms of the Brenners Park-Restaurant head chef, praising his fancy approach to traditional flavours without being trendy.
Brenners Park-Restaurant strengthens the state of Baden-Württemberg’s claim as being a gourmets’ paradise and occupies first place in the Baden-Baden area.
