Chef's Table

As a very special treat, our executive chef, Rudolf Pellkofer, will take you behind the scenes of Brenners kitchen.
He will introduce you to the secrets of his fine cooking, explaining his methods and the ingredients he uses.  After your tour of the kitchen, he will prepare a special meal of your choice just for you.
You will then dine in the simple but elegantly furnished dining room in the centre of the kitchen with a convivial group of up to 8 guests. Be part in the lively hustle and bustle of Brenners kitchen!
