Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa in Baden-Baden is known as a grand hotel that is always open for innovations. Entering the social media scene, it is now taking another step into the future.
Three options for internet users
The free Brenners iPhone App enables both a direct look into the hotel and a first glance at its offerings. Using the mobile reservations system of “Leading Hotels of the World” it allows for reservations in real time. Rooms can be booked with a simple click – immediately and in an eco-friendly and secure manner. Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa is the first and so far only hotel in the world for which guests can use the “Leading Link Mobile“, supplied by “Leading Hotels of the World”.
The Brenners Facebook Page offers immediate insights into the conditions and atmosphere of the entire Brenner hotel. User are provided with useful background knowledge – for example about the beautifully refurbished classic Volkswagen Samba T1 that will take guests on Sunday excursions into the Black Forest – and receive current daily news about what is going on in the region. Within a week of going live the page received enthusiastic feedback from no less than 160 visitors. The page will offer regular competitions with attractive prizes à la Brenners – from exclusive fragrance oils to free entry to the Brenners Lounge at the racecourse in Iffezheim.
On the micoblogging platform Twitter, Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa now presents from Monday to Friday the “Super-Seller of the Day” from the Wintergarten Restaurant.

This is why we are now encouraging communication with guests and friends of the hotel via digital channels. At the same time, we are engaging users who may not have any personal experience of our hotel yet in interactive social media exchanges to provide them with information about our hotel.”
