The watch gives you the opportunity to control, document and optimize your training sessions, because only those who exercise at the correct heart rate will reach their set goals. It has also been proven that burning fat is stimulated more at lower heart rates than at higher ones. A fat burning training session should last longer than 30 minutes and be carried out with a low heart rate.
It is also recommended to do sport 2-3 times a week in addition to stamina training - in other words, both fat burning and muscle building sessions are important.
