Here, “our daily bread” plays a significant role and I would like to take this opportunity to tell you something about the Holz Bakers & Confectioners in Baiersbronn in the Black Forest. It’s from here that we have obtained our bakery products for the past 10 years. Every day at 6am, countless different breads and bread rolls are delivered 365 days of the year, meaning that your fresh rolls are always on time ready for your breakfast.
Eberhard Holz and his 30 employees have been baking exclusively with natural ingredients and in accordance with old traditional methods for 50 years. The range of products is unbelievably varied and, on request, he will also create something special such as his soya bread, carrot & pumpkin seed bread, spelt-anchovy bread or, for instance, a cornbread for Thanksgiving.
