The Brenner's Park-Hotel & Spa doesn't just offer outstanding Spa facilities for a Vitalizing Week that is unique in every way; we also have a host of qualified employees, who are experts in the field of healthy eating and modern fitness.

On completion of an in-depth nutrition and fitness check, our experts will prepare a fitness plan, specifically suited to your own fitness needs. In addition to this, you will also receive a personalized menu plan from our nutritionist. You will be individually supervised, guided and motivated, to enable you to reach your goal in a healthier and more effective way.
