

The Head Chef of the Park-Restaurant is Andreas
Krolik. He left the star-awarded "Tigerpalast" restaurant
in Frankfurt to take up the opportunity to work side by side
with Executive Chef, Rudolf Pellkofer.
Our head waiter Josef Breitenfellner can always fall back on his many years of Brenner's experience
in order to fulfill your every desire. Our Sommélier,
Karl-Heinz Schopf, can also draw from a wealth of knowledge
while tempting you with fine wines to complement an exquisite
dinner.
